Sam brings an insider’s knowledge of the logistical workings of All Saints’ Parish.
She has been Parish Administrator of All Saints’ since December of 1992. As such she oversees the day-to-day operations including administration, personnel and facilities. Prior to this position Sam was a Vice President in Human Resources at Citibank’s headquarters in New York City where she worked for 13 years. Her position involved both oversight of an outplacement unit and managing/training and delivery of workshops for the bank nationwide.

Sam was confirmed at St. John’s Church, Fayetteville, NC and later served on the vestry and as junior warden of All Angels Church in New York City. She served on various committees during her church volunteer period including Personnel, Parish Profile and Search.
